Murray A. “Ray” Felder, Esq. Attorney & Counsellor At Law
In 1983, Mr Felder graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and opened his initial law office in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh, having been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar on October 24, 1983. He maintained this same location for five years before moving to downtown Pittsburgh in 1988.
In 1988, Mr Felder moved his Pittsburgh offices to the prestigious USX Tower at 600 Grant Street, and within one year he doubled his office size to accommodate a large increase in collection related work for a major national bank. The work for the national bank included collections related to Mastercard/Visa accounts, auto loans and leases, and unsecured loans.
The increase in collection work for the national bank led to further expansion, and in 1992, Mr. Felder expanded the scope of his practice again, by opening offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the internationally acclaimed Rittenhouse Hotel and Condominiums.
On May 5, 1995, Mr Felder was admitted to the Washington DC Bar, and on July 1, 1995, he opened his Washington DC office at 601 Pennsylvania Avenue. In 1996, another large bank retained Mr. Felder to handle overdraft and related bank collections, and this representation lasted for many years.
Throughout his career, Mr. Felder has maintained the highest standards of care and professionalism, and he has gained recognition among his peers as being one of America's best collection attorneys.
